We got the call today we are approved to adopt a baby boy from Ethiopia!!! YEA!!!! God is finally answering all our prayers. The wave of emotions we just went through with that one phone call is indescribable. I am going to be a mom and Mark is going to be a dad. We have waited so long to hear that. Now it is on to the "paper pregnancy".

Congratulations to the new mommy and daddy to-be. I'm so very proud of you both for taking this journey to parenthood. You are doing such a wonderful thing for this child you will be adopting. You are giving him loving parents, a home, a wonderful family, love, and a wonderful future. Please record every moment of this journey so you have it to look back on. Time goes so fast when children are involved. Good luck with everything that's to come and I'll be looking forward to following you on this journey.
I got the news yesterday...I just want to hug you both! Jon and I are so happy for you! Isabella is going to have a cousin...YIPPY :) We love you guys so much! You are always in our prayers. If there is ever anything you need...you know we are here!
